MARION – State Rep. Dave Severin (R-Benton) will partner with the Marion police department for a free drug takeback event on Thursday, October 7 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Marion Police Department.
Medications, vitamins, ointments, lotions, or creams must be contained in sealed, closed containers in order to be accepted. Items that will not be accepted include needles, syringes, EPI pens and other sharps, inhalers, aerosol cans, mercury thermometers, illegal drugs including cannabis products, or prescription drugs that do not belong to the individual. The event is free of charge and individuals participating will remain anonymous.
