BENTON – State Rep. Dave Severin (R-Benton) attended several local elementary schools this week to participate in “Ag in the Classroom” activities.
“One of my favorite parts of being a State Rep is visiting local schools! Today I talked with kids in three classes that I sponsored as apart of Ag in the Classroom. This program teaches kids about agriculture and the important roles it plays in our region,” Severin said. “Thank you to Opdyke Belle Rive, Eastside in McLeansboro, and St. Mary’s in Mt. Vernon for having me!”
