FAIRFIELD – State Senator Terri Bryant and State Representative Dave Severin hosted their first annual Free Senior Citizens Health Fair in Fairfield on the campus of Frontier College on Friday morning, October 6. Multiple health care and senior services vendors were on hand to provide informational materials to local seniors and perform basic health care checks such as blood pressure and blood oxygen testing.
“I am pleased to have the cooperation of Frontier Community College in allowing us to host this special event on their campus,” Severin said. “Local health care and senior services agencies were on hand to meet face to face with area seniors and provide them with critical information and connect them with services that they need. We’ll be doing this again next year and hope for an even bigger turnout!”
